2014 Buckeye Invitational Results

The first ever fall rendition of the Buckeye Invitational was a fantastic success. Fourteen competitive games were played at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.

The Scarlet team completed an undefeated weekend to start off the new season. They started by dismantling the University of Dayton 19-2, then held off a very good Penn State 11-10, beat Washington University in St. Louis 9-7 in Saturday night's last game, and finally beat University of Tennessee 13-11 to cap off the weekend for the Buckeyes.

The Gray team was comprised of many newcomers and young returners. These games were great game experience for them as they build chemistry with each other. They went 1-3 for the weekend, with the following results:

4-17 vs. University of Tennessee
4-16 vs. Penn State
3-9 vs. Washington University in St. Louis
9-9 (3-1 SO) vs. University of Dayton
